In our last newsletter we announced the addition of our infrared sauna to the growing list of services we offer here at the gym. Now that a few months have passed and many have had the opportunity to try it, we’re happy to pass on some of our client’s thoughts and feedback on their experience using it and hope that you too will come in to experience these benefits also!

In addition to the tremendous feedback we’ve received, we’re now offering sauna use packages. Packages offered are 3 sessions for $120 and 5 sessions for $190. Each of the sessions is 45 minutes long including pre and post sauna preparation and clean up.
