    Katie Balthrop is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach and has worked with all levels of athletes in sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer, swimming, cross country, track and field, golf, tennis and dance. She has extensive experience developing young athletes with technique training, nutrition and program development. She is certified by the Georgia High School Athletic Association for high school coaching and by Safe Sport. She is the assistant track and field coach at Savannah Arts Academy.

    All athletes are programmed individually based on their ability, needs, goals and sport participation.
