Private Assisted Yoga

Whether you are well practiced in yoga or have never tried, private sessions will help you deepen your experience, improve your poses, posture, flow and flexibility, as well as lead your breathing and awareness. Sessions include a private room at your preferred temperature, sounds and scents, water, towels and hands-on and verbal guidance for a fully customizable practice to meet your needs, limitations and goals.
