Note: Initial Consultation Appointments are $75 for 75 minutes and include a full intake assessment and abilities evaluation for proper programming. Required before additional sessions can be scheduled.

Young athletes are grouped by gender and ability. Groups are at least 3 and not more than 5 participants. Youth athletes are also welcome for personal training and buddy session training.
