Group Fitness Classes

Join the fun and hard work at our group fitness classes. Whether you’re squeezing in a lunchtime workout with Total Body Express, working on mobility and core with ‘Full Circl’, or putting in an hour of high intensity intervals on Saturday mornings with Full Body Burn, we have the right class for you. Classes are designed to address the full body and modifications to the exercises can be made to increase or decrease intensity and difficulty, making these classes right for everyone. Class size does not exceed 12 people so you are guaranteed personal attention. $25 per class or 10 classes for $200.
