We had a blast with guest instructor Rebecca Penniman, owner of Live Oak Pilates for her five session series in January. Rebecca Penniman, a BASI certified pilates instructor, has been teaching Pilates mat and apparatus classes for over 20 years. Specifically she works with clients on the Reformer, the Wunda Chair, and the Tower.
