Sondra is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition from Brooklyn College. She is experienced in individual and group counseling for all age groups, community nutrition, and culinary education. Her previous role as a Supermarket Dietitian, gave her unique insight on the grocery industry, and products available that can help you towards your goals. She is passionate about empowering her clients by layering simple adjustments to form healthy and sustainable habits. She is an avid cook and enjoys hiking in her spare time.
